The first call was a screening call with the HR Team and it was fairly straightforward - no hard-hitting questions. The second conversation was a one-hour call with a member of the team. The third day was a series of three 30-minute interviews, two with higher-ups and one with an HR member.

Friendly initial phone interview, then I was recommended for a second interview, hopefully I will be referred for an in person interview. the website prepared me well. However you need to know how well you work with a team.
