Started as volunteer and got to know the organization. Researched the company. Met with the staff and work-sites. No need to meet with the BOD for this position. Gave me the basic job functions.

Phone interview. Took off work for an in person interview and had to take off again for another in person interview. A lot of time off from my current position to apply for a job I did not get.
Interview process was standard questions, though, they requested a test of updating spreadsheets over a specific timed period. The interview was held with multiple stakeholders in the business at different stages.

I was called and ask for a day I was asked when I could come in for and interview. They told me who i was looking for and what time to be there. I got told the job describe. Asked about myself and what skills i may bring to the company. What I was hoping to learn for this job. Asked for my references. They contacted them and then extended me and offer.
