Entrevista
Interviewed for a Volunteer Coordinator position. Went right to an in-person interview without conducting a phone interview. The staff seemed competent and friendly - low pressure. They ended up hiring internally so it seemed a bit like they were interviewing a few people to go through the motions. The job sounded like it was primarily paperwork/data entry focused due to their high volume of volunteers. I was more interested in the interaction aspect.

Asked the usual - How have you handled a difficult situation with a volunteer, What are you most/least excited about, what motivates you...no curveballs.
The interview process began with a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a second in-person interview with both the manager and director. The third and final interview was conducted with the leadership team.

Initial phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the management team. An offer was sent after 3 weeks. Another round of applications and background checks. Fingerprinting as well. The entire process takes about 4 weeks all together.

First round of interview was pretty straighfoward. Asked about your work history, why are you drawn to the organization. Talked more about the role, salary range. Automatic, generic e-mail response if you do not make it to the next round.
