Phone interview followed by zoom call. I interviewed with three locations and they were all very pleasant and encouraging. Asked me about my background and why I was interested in the position and what experience was applicable.

The hiring process was relatively fast. I applied online and received an email the next day. The interview was on the easy side and felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. Leading skilled and unskilled volunteers was a major component of the job and was highlighted thoroughly. I was offered the position within two weeks.
