It was easy and straightforward. The interview process was short and sweet. They took me to the office in the back and it took about 10 minutes. It was the district manager giving the interview rather than the manager of the store location

They wanted to know about previous challenges you had dealing with a customer and how you resolved them. They also asked about your strengths and weaknesses and why you wanted to work there. There were two interviews before the job offer.
