We’re sorry to hear that you did not have a positive interview experience with HZ. Because we work in a fast-paced, results-based service industry, our managers often ask candidates about their willingness to work late or on weekends if necessary.
Over the last 30 years, HZ has made strides to maintain a reasonable work-life balance for our teammates and, in fact, working “off hours” is the exception and not the rule. However, when recruiting and hiring, we seek out candidates who feel at home in rapidly changing environments where challenges such as tight deadlines may arise.
