The interview process at Hybr was great. I applied via Otta and got a response straight away. I waas then interviewed by the CEO and given some challenges to complete which I did so. Then I met the rest of the team for a culture fit and finally the COO for a final sense check. The process was thorough, as it should be when hiring start up leaders, and very professional. Everyone was transparent and open about concerns they may have with me, giving me a chance to address them properly. Overall a near perfect interview experience.
