Once I applied for the job insertion, which I came across on LinkedIn, I got the offer to have an interview pretty quickly. One week later, the interview was held and - in my humble opinion - was very informative and assuring. I got to know more about the everyday work tasks and hopefully could also provide some information about myself. The following week, I got a call, offering me the position, which felt more personal than just receiving an email! All in all, it was pretty quick, the interviewers were very friendly and I had a great experience.
