Applied by CV inside the store, got a call after ~2 weeks, single and fairly easy interview, very nice person (the manager) during the interview. Got a call few days later stating my acceptance and my availability.

Nothing unexpected all fairly easy questions. You have to take a good look about the company's current and past history as they ask you about it and why you chose hugo boss and what do you know about their fashion etc.

The interview process was overall very pleasant and well organized. After submitting my application online, I was quickly invited to a personal interview. The conversation was friendly and professional, with questions about my motivation, previous experience, and typical sales situations. I was sent an email with an invite for a one sided video interview. It asked a few questions about past experiences in retail and customer facing roles. I was led to believe that Hugo Boss was prompt with their interview process but I only received a response (rejection) almost three months after the interview which I found to be very unprofessional. Makes me feel like I dodged a bullet.
