The HR team did not communicate with me after the first interview. It was my own proactive approach that made me call after a long time and in this instance I found out they were looking for a profile that fit perfectly with mine. I would say HR has potential but gets lost in daily tasks. On top, HR responds only to high management and plays games with employees in distress.
