Very informal interview. Store manager at the time took me for a walk and asked about previous clienteling skills & positions in retail. Afterwards asked my availability & gave a quick offer. Every associate is at the same low base pay.. Key holders get a dollar more, but commission is 6%.

The interview process was overall very pleasant and well organized. After submitting my application online, I was quickly invited to a personal interview. The conversation was friendly and professional, with questions about my motivation, previous experience, and typical sales situations. The atmosphere was open and respectful, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, it was a transparent and fair experience.

I was sent an email with an invite for a one sided video interview. It asked a few questions about past experiences in retail and customer facing roles. I was led to believe that Hugo Boss was prompt with their interview process but I only received a response (rejection) almost three months after the interview which I found to be very unprofessional. Makes me feel like I dodged a bullet.
