Very poor experience. After a phone screening interview, was invited to a 1-2-1. Was asked to produce a SWOT of a store, which I spend time on visiting stores etc in order to prepare. Arrived on time for interview, however was kept waiting for 45 mins. Eventually interviewer appeared, & mumbled he was running late with no real apology. Interview consisted of a chat about the business & my background. The SWOT I had prepared was never mentioned, so I assume the comms between HR & Field are non existent. Was told I'd hear within 7 days, & left interview already knowing this was not the company for me. 2 weeks later get a generic rejection email. It appears they have little respect for candidates throughout the process.
