I had my first phone interview at the end of December and then was called for a second video call interview the end of January. I did not hear anything back from them until March. They emailed me like they've been trying to reach me, but I never received a phone call or email from them. They apologized, then I ended up accepting the job offer.

Entrevista
It was a lengthy process. I started interviewing mid October, and I didn't find out that I was hired until December 19th. There was a long pause where there were no replies coming from the recruiting team to do another video interview after there were some issues with the first one. Overall, the interview process could definitely be streamlined and improved, but the questions asked in the the interviews were quite straight forward. There were lots of scenario questions. Hoping that for new candidates the hiring process would be easier.

Entrevista
The interview process was thorough and pleasant. I appreciated the virtual setting for the interview, but found the determining exactly what position I was being considered for somewhat confusing as there were multiple departments represented in my interview. That being said, I appreciated being considered for multiple positions in the event I was not a good candidate for the original posting I applied to.

Entrevista
Very easy to set up times and very communicative. There are two interviews that happen. If job is offered background check is required, which is very easy to follow the steps for.
