The recruiter and interviewers were very communicative and I always felt that I knew where I stood in the process. The interview included questions which made me feel like they really wanted to know how I would fit into the organization. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and gave me a good idea of the position I would be walking into. I left the process feeling excited about the position and organization.

I had a screening call with the internal recruiter. She was pleasant and professional, and we had a good conversation. She set me up with an interview. I had 3 interview meetings after the screening call. Each was 30-45 minutes. I also completed a short culture survey. Everyone was friendly and respectful. It was very positive overall.
