I responded to the Indeed posting for the job, I submitted my resume and filled out an application. A recruiter contacted me soon after, and she conducted an initial phone screening interview. Then she set up a Zoom interview with the managers and senior designer. A few days later I received an email from the recruiter that said they wanted to offer me the position. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and the process was painless.
