My interview involved having a conversation with two senior members of the management team. We discussed my education, my values, and how I was as a worker. We chatted about my interests and where I saw myself in the future. I asked them a series of questions about the insurance world.

The interview process was quite simple. Firstly, there was a phone interview, just asking some basic questions about myself and then a video interview. The virtual interview was really good. There were different situational, behavioural and some fun questions too. Overall, the interview process was great.
