The interview included to parts role specific and technical related stuff. The Panel asked questions about Previous experience and projects related stuff. Later Technical related questions ASP.net and SQL and .net.

OOPS concepts , Encapsulation, IENumerable and IQueryable, JOINS, Indexes
Before the interview, there is a English test and logic test. It will take you about one hour. In the interview, first part is to talk about yourself. Second part is about job introduction. The last part is about QA.

Entrevista
People were friendly. It came with the engineer and team leader and we discussed system design and coding interview on a whiteboard, and general chatting. Then with the group manager, he introduced the major project and team cooperation, how the project went and why they needed to hire more people. The last round was HR, you can ask for a higher salary but HR may cut then said the manager was promised some salary level that you can keep negotiating with HR.

There will be approx. 3 interviews during the whole interview process.
First stage will ask about the needed skills for the job, 2nd & 3rd will focus on more about your personality.
