I applied online for a supervisor position within this company, and I was shocked how it all went. The recruiter on the phone told me to go interview with the hiring manager for the position I applied, and when I did interview he made me wait 30+ minutes to get an interview only for him not to interview me. He sent another supervisor to interview me, which he was so unprofessional, and barely asked me any questions. I showed up in business professional attire and brought 2 copies of my resume. He barely wanted to look at my resume and the entire interview he just seemed like he'd rather be somewhere else. I was told I'd be interviewing with the hiring manager not someone I never spoke with before. Then I get a text from the recruiter telling me the supervisor position had been filled and that she can offer me a officer position. Of course I turned her down. I have over 10 years of experience in Security and 6 years Supervisory experience so I wasn't just gonna be yanked around. Sad to say it was a huge waste of time, gas, and all the effort I put into being my best for this interview.
