Relatively comprehensive process, with logic-based, detailed company-specific and individual profile-based questions. Duration of around three hours on Zoom. This would be followed by an HR interview over the phone. Adequate preparation is recommended in order to do well.

After the OIA and JSA, there's an invitation to VED (Virtual Experience Day), containing 2 parts:
1. Micro-exercise completed 48 hours before the interview - similar to JSA
2. Zoom interview - 3 back-to-back one-on-one interview, 30 minutes BQ, 20 minutes company & commercial related question (your knowledge of the company, position and your motivation), 1 hour Technical (simple accounting question, market sense, stock pitch)
