Application was sent through referral. I was contacted by a recruitment officer who asked me mostly about my resume. He then endorsed me to the actual communications team who held a panel interview with me. Questions entailed going through my career as a communications professional and also had situational questions. Situational questions are not your typical situational generalized questions - they were very specific to my resume. Example would be “can you give us a challenge you faced at work, the methodology you used to overcome it and the results. Just be ready to explain your career trajectory, what you have to offer, and specific situations in your career that you were challenged and also are proud of.
