Three interview stages: HR, hiring manager, and department head. Duration: 2-3 months. The interview process typically consists of three stages. The first interview is usually conducted by the HR (Human Resources) department, where they assess the candidate's general qualifications and fit for the organization. The second interview involves the hiring manager, who delves deeper into the candidate's skills, experience, and suitability for the specific role. Finally, the last interview is conducted with the department head or a senior executive, who evaluates the candidate's potential alignment with the department's goals and overall organizational objectives. The entire process, from the initial HR interview to the final interview with the department head, generally takes around 2-3 months. This duration allows for thorough evaluation, coordination between multiple stakeholders, and potential scheduling conflicts. It also provides candidates with sufficient time to prepare, complete any required assessments or tasks, and engage in subsequent rounds of evaluation or negotiation before a final decision is made.
The interview was a Face to face interview, short apt test is required after application submission. When interview was asked about behavioral questions and previous working experiences related to the role.
It was a smooth process. There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round was completely technical where I was asked questions about my experience, projects and given a couple of technical questions. The second round was more techno-managerial where I was given some scenarios to understand my approach.
