On demand video interview. Followed by 2 rounds of zoom interviews with 5 persons, then an interview with the US Head. Process took about 2 months. Mostly behavioral type questions as it is a client facing role. Great people, conversational, open and transparent.

Applied on their career website and then was contacted by the human resources manager. Next, I completed pre-recorded video interview round.
The next stage is with the head of the client services department and that is where I am at.

Entrevista
The hiring process took a long time, 2 months for me. Typically 3 rounds, started with the HR manager, then line manager and the team head. In the first round, I was asked to do a personality test. In the second round, I was told to prepare a research report on a potential client that they are offering a syndicated loan to. In the final round, I was interviewed by 2 line managers.
