It was a phone interview. They firstly email me the time, and when the time came by, no one was there however so I email them back again, they said they forget. So a second interview was arranged. The overall process is pretty general, go though your resume and ask about your previous experiences. Then they ask some personality questions like what is your long-time career plan and other general questions. The phone quality was really bad and it actually could influence your performance because you can't answer unless you got the questions clearly.
