First round was on campus consisting of a basic behavioral/fit interview questions.
Second round was on-site consisting of 4, hour long behavioral/fit interviews. Overall, a very easy interview process with limited to no technical questions.

Why do you think HSBC is the right company for you?
The company has way too many rounds of assessments, which I found exhausting. Ultimately, I was rejected because my résumé didn’t meet their requirements. However, I believe the résumé screening should have been done before sending me the assessments, not afterward.
