I have a strong customer service background from Singapore but they are too discriminate to hire me and probed unnecessary questions and too much of unwanted questions were asked .
The listening and spoken assement was done in a very small room with a number of candidates and it’s really very hard to focus seems the noise of others interfered during the test .
And the most unprofessional behavior where observed from the interviewers during the interview and being judged too fast and the interviewers for this position are too young and seems unexperienced and so many silly questions were asked .
Please check back with the qualification of hiring manager and the interviewer before they proceed to decline many others good candidates.
Really appreciated .
And to be honest, HSBC TRX will keep losing good employees due to this kind of interviewers.

Then HR round with Ops round
Following the rounds was offer acceptance

The interview process doesn’t take too long. Average a week. Will know the result a day after the interview. The recruiters also friendly and ease to communicate. Just be positive and confident.
