It was a two part interview. I met with the interviewer at the lancaster city office, and it was very unprofessional and unorganized. The questions were random and the interviewer seemed unprepared. The facility was filthy and the waiting room was overcrowded. The second interview was in ephrata, and I got the sense that the position had a high turnover rate. The facility and staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. I was offered the job, but I turned it down. They offered me $20,000 less than I was currently making with little benefits and PTO.
