The process was quick but you can tell they were just looking for people to do field sales jobs aka knocking on doors and annoying people. Pay on commission only and self-employed status. Don't cover travel expense it's honestly just a scam.

Do not apply for this job if you actually want to be a marketing assistant.
I applied for this job on the assumption that what the job was, however I was so wrong.
When I went for my first interview, I prepared for questions I would have expected to been asked about this role. However when I went for my interview, the reception had a roomful of people filling out a questionnaire. Due to the amount of people, time over ran.
When I got called in for my interview, I was in the room for exactly two minutes. But it was the interviewer talking about the company rather than ask any questions other than when can you start.
I got asked for a second interview. In the email I got asked to wear a smart dress, coat and shoes.
However completely unaware that the second interview consisted of following a current employer and one in training whilst they do door to door around a block of flats. And yes I had to pay for my own transport to these flats (two tubes and a bus).
I even got asked to be out of sight so customers wouldn't see three people at the door.
I'd left due to the fact as like I'd said, it was nothing as advertised on job sites and no mention of it on the email for the second interview.
Thanks for the feedback. We're sorry you felt that you didn't quite have all the information you needed about your interview process. We usually explain the process clearly, both in emails, and in the first interview, to make sure that candidates do not feel that their time has been wasted. If you get in touch, we will look into your issue to avoid something similar happening in future.
fast, didn't have time to actually have a conversation, felt like i was being rushed out the door. strange they dont have clients on website. seemed to be immediate progression but the job i applied for
Thanks for your review. Since our main goal is creating brand engagement for our clients, we work hard to minimise any promotion of our own company. That's one of the many reasons that we do not publish our client lists publicly. Our company is about representing our clients, not having them represent us. We're sorry you did not make it through to the second stage of interviews, but we wish you good luck in your job search.
