This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever attended. It lacked organization. The first phone interview was scheduled 2 times. The third interview conformation was never sent to me so I had to reach out to them to see if the interview was still happening. Then, the woman that interviewed me for the 3rd interview was a half - hour late. She had a condescending tone and asked me the same questions as the 2nd interviewer. The icing on the cake was when they went through Indeed to reject me and didn't even personalize a rejection. For an HR company, they do not have ANY professionalism.

I did a phone interview prior to attending the actual interview. When I came in to do the interview they sat me down and had me answer two emails as if I was an HR specialist. The interview was long with about 10-15 questions and with 2 employees. Ive never been apart of such a long interview. The funniest part was they asked how I feel about "wine down Fridays" and playing foosball. Lol I'm in my 30s. Not much of a foosball player and no I don't want a dui after work Friday! Lastly, this is one of those companies that has you come in at last notice to do a 1 hour interview but doesn't have the courage or respect to call you back and let you know they went with someone else. Sorry but I cant respect companies who do that! The two people interviewing me felt nervous and underprepared. They read off all the questions. Lol thats so inexperienced. Why not just memorize a few GOOD questions. They seemed very similar to each other.
