Each interview included the standard questions. The scheduling was extremely flexible and included a 'Do the Job" assessment. Low pressure. Very relaxed interview process. Interviewed with recruiter, hiring manager, fellow IM and last interview was with hiring manager, IM and VP.

I reached out to a trusted acquaintance on LinkedIn to learn about the role and the company. From there I had a few conversations before applying, then after applying spoke with 3 leaders in the organization and completed a mock client presentation before my offer.
