I was contacted by a recruiter about a position with HP Wolf Security. I spoke with the hiring manager on my education and professional background, my skills and my interest in the role. He spoke more about the role and the skills required. He was happy to progress with me. They got back after 2 week to tell me i would need to come onsite for an interview in the next 2 weeks, but rather sent me a link for an online technical interview. The technical interview went well. The recruiter got back to say they have moved forward with an internal candidate. Generally the people i met were nice but their recruitment process seem so disorganised. It doesn't speak well about their company. I wouldn't have accepted their offer even if they came up with one because of their messy recruitment process.
