In the first interview with the recruiter it was explained to me that the process would consist of the phone screen with a recruiter followed by an in person netting with the hiring manager. At the end of the initial interview the recruiter stated that things went well and that they would be passing my name along to the hiring manager within the week. 3 weeks went by before I received any kind of response from HP which was an automated email saying that my application would not be selected.
