All the process are managed through email communciation. HR doesn't bother themselves to call you. The recruiter interviewing me had no knowledge about the position and clearly had not read my CV before the call. Questions were very basic and not relevant. I was promised to have the call with the hiring manager the day after. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for that. Email was sent to recruiter to request update, however it was perfectly ignored.
