Role play basic , language interview in french and english ,the more languages you know the better . If you do a google search and have some knowledge about the process of collections is going to be handy . An example of a type of question that you are going to receive is : What would you do if there was high aging on the account ?

The interview took about an hour. About 15 minutes were in English. At the end, there was an other 30 minutes of a roleplay test, in the language you were applying for, other than English. It was a roleplay test where you had to answer to a few emails from customers. The interview itself had a medium difficulty. There were the usual questions and requests: to talk about your past work experience, motivate your decision for the job and the company, where you see yourself in the future, why they should choose you. In my opinion they made the interview sound way too exclusivistic and pretentious for a job which is not too difficult and where the company doesn't invest in employees growth at all.
