Overall it was a very disorganised and unprofessional process. The initial HR contact clearly had no understanding of the role. The case study given for recommendations was woefully scant in information, making it basically useless, and it became quite evident they were looking for someone who strictly adheres to their current approach, rather than someone with an ability to problem solve and think beyond current parameters. After having 5 calls over more than 6 hours over a 2 week period, 2 of which involved substantial preparation, was advised by an auto generated email that my application would not progress further.
