My initial interview was a telephone interview followed by a panel interview. The interviewers were friendly and actually seemed interested in me, my work history, and what I had to say. I did not feel as if there were right out wrong answers. It did of course pay to be prepared and to have researched the company first. Overall good experience. No offer yet, but I am hopeful.

Very unstructured. You will likely get the stereotypical interview questions. Enter in the front and check in with reception. Someone will come down and meet you. (lots of parking).
They will take you into a room with the manager and possibly one of the current sales members. They definitely value stability so your interest in staying in the role for a couple of years.
