      Entrevista para Quality Coordinator

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en HOPE (Naperville, IL) en mar 2024

      Entrevista

Hope/The Autism Program of IL wasted my time and responded passive aggressively when I followed up. I applied for a position that clearly stated was REMOTE in the job description. After 20 minutes of the initial screening, I asked about remote work and the person speaking with me took a deep breath and explained that whoever wrote the job description wrote it incorrectly because they thought "remote" meant "traveling to work in other locations" within IL. I said that I would not be able to relocate at this time in my life and they told me they would speak with someone to see if they can make an exception for me to do remote work and would reach out to me the following week. One week later he didn't reach out so I emailed him only to get a passive aggressive response saying, "As discussed in our conversation this position is not remote and will never be remote." That is NOT what we discussed actually. We discussed that he would speak with someone to see if they can make an exception to the remote work policy (since the bulk of this work is conducting virtual training sessions over Zoom which can be done at a computer at home) and he would relay that information to me within a few days which he never did. If this company doesn't know what remote work is in 2024 and responds passive aggressively after an error on their part, how can we trust them to be our managers/supervisors and treat us well during our employment with them?
