I have never been unprofessional interviews experience until I did with this company. I received a call from their recruiter and he told me I’m calling from. HOLT CAT and my response was yes I remember I applied and your location near the 410 in San Antonio and he hang up also soon as I said that! I was like maybe the line got disconnected. So I called him 2 times and left him a voicemail. 15 minutes passed by no calls from him. I decided to call the receptionist and she transferred me which, he picked up the phone right away! I told him I believe we got disconnected then he was sarcastically said you are free now. So I was very professional we continued our conversation and he asked more personal questions about my current role and I answered them all. My turned began and I asked more questions about the company and one of those question I think he didn’t like it so he we ahead and hang up again! I was like what is wrong with this guy! 2 minutes later I received an auto response of not being selected. If this is the beginning treating Candidates with hard time than joining this organization would be the worse mistake in my career. You shouldn’t treat people this way.
