The interview itself went well and the recruiter explained the role and how it would contribute to the company's growth. However, I never heard back from the recruiter despite reaching out three times over three months and only learned that they had temporarily paused hiring due to the current economic climate through a friend who works at the company. I understand that many companies are uncertain about their hiring outlook but I was disappointed to not receive an actual response from the recruiter after devoting time to an interview.
