I applied on company website. Initial 30 minute phone interview with recorded followed up with a video interview with the hiring manager. Last round was a "Meet the Team" interview at physical office. Best interview experience I've had to this point. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk with.

Phone screening followed with two formal interviews. Lots of behavioral questions which made me feel like the staff cares about who they hire and make sure I would actually fit in. I liked the interview style. Putting no for offer because I am waiting to see if I got the job or not!
