Filled out online application. Got a call from HR in Kansas City who told me to fill out a questionnaire. When I was finished, she set me up with a phone interview with a team of engineers. Two and half weeks after the phone interview, HR called me once again to set up an office interview. One day later, I got an offer that was a little over average (still great offer).
