Entrevista
I applied online, was called for in-person interview at the airport, and told at the interview that I would likely get an offer from them. It took about a week after applying to get the call. The interview itself took place in a small office, I wasn't shown any of the restaurants of shops beforehand. They asked what area I'd like to work in (retail, food service, ect.), and how much relevant experience I had. The interviewer used my resume as a guideline and asked more questions about each job listed.
They do a drug test and background check since you have keycards to get around the airport. Also be ready to spend extra time going through security each day and then all the way to your station - you're expected to be at your station on time, not just the airport.

They asked about how much fine/formal dining experience I'd had. Since I had none, I hadn't even thought about that as an option, so I was a bit thrown. Because I looked unsure, I was assigned to a very casual restaurant, which was fine, but I would have made better tips at the fancier places.
The company is a fraud, the managers has favorites, and they discriminate by gender and ethnicity... They don't care about you, you are just a number for them. They will cut you out some many time without pay.

The Badging process has never been as painful. Story time, so we were transferring companies from one contractor to this one. And among the many hiccups to come was the biggest holdup at the LAX badging office, which required too many (like 3-4 days in a single week) of our uncompensated days to be spent there, why? Because each day a manager in charge forgot to or wrongly submitted a form. BUT if you want this job those were the sacrifices you had to make for them. Just don't expect reciprocity in the least.

Without my knowing: "How stressed of a work environment can you hold up in? Because we'll test you"
