Entrevista
I applied through monster.com and got the interview call.
There were three rounds.
1-> Mcq pen paper based (Opps concept, html tags etc).
2-> Technical
3-> Hr
Whole process took around 2-3 hours. None of the rounds were elimination round. Every candidate was given the opportunity to go through the whole process, even the MCQ ans were not evaluated at that time.
There is a bond of 6 months for freshers and you need to deposit 20K before joining as the bond amount.

Technical -> OOPs concept, encapsulation and abstraction, multithreading, code for bubble sort, reverse a number.
HR-> Generic questions like tell me about yourself, weakness, strength, why should we hire you etc.

first basic MCQ round with all the ques copied from internet
this is a fake company, dont waste your time on this, they will ask you to submit 20K as for training fee after 3 days of interview

First round- Written test
Questions are easy-- oops basics, html basics, etc
Second face to face technical round
Questions are basic programs like to reverse a number, oops concept etc.
Third is PI round.
Asked about your family, why we hire you, your interests etc.
