The interview started with self-interview rather than face to face with their HR. The question does not really dig the skills from my previous experiences. I did not get used to that type of questions thus I messed up all of my answer.

The interview process use a website that we just have to answer to the questions that is asked by the website. We are given time to think and answer to the question. The website will record us while we answering the questions.

Entrevista
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It mainly focused on behavioral questions to understand my past experiences, problem-solving style, and alignment with Sampoerna’s values. The interviewer was friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere. The discussion also included situational questions related to leadership and teamwork. Overall, it was insightful and engaging.
