Lengthy process took over a year to get accepted. Verbal reasoning assessment, personal statement and teams interview. Each stage is assessed and given a score, they only take the top scoring candidates so it depends who you are up against.

Professional, structured questions. Behavioural strengths based questions, requiring answers that followed the STAR format. There were two interviewers who followed the set structure of questions but they were warm, personable and friendly.

The questions seemed easy but tricky. I tried my best to answer same. I took my time to digest the question and structured my answer properly. The interviewer was impressed from his looks.
