as they ask the question very directly and give feedback on me as well. Kindly remind that they want to hire someone who is enthusiastic about commercial or business event and your background should fit with that business culture
1 online test and 1 face to face interview.

Leader asked technical questions based on your past job experiences. Remember to make examples. Asked your thoughts on HK brands, doing business in HK, differences between HK, foreign countries & mainland.
HR asked behaviour questions.
