In the PCCW group interview, candidates first propose a product, followed by a self-introduction. A group discussion focuses on improving the proposed product, encouraging collaboration and creativity. The session concludes with a one-hour exam paper to assess individual skills, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate’s potential.
To proceed with the hiring process, I first need to complete the psychological test and application form. After that, I will undergo an HR interview before the final round with the department head.
