The hiring manager was outdoors and did a 20 minutely interview. The interview covered most of the pertinent points and he alluded to an offer being made. It seemed like a company that was in urgent need of manpower. On the same day, the HR dept contacted me saying they were going to be making an offer, asked me for my expected salary, and then ghosted me. No contact after that.
