The interview itself was very average. Nothing out of the ordinary. The site manager was very friendly and down to earth. It was hard to stay professional because it was such a low key interview. This wasn't the main office for HITCO though so that may have been part of it. I also was brought in by an outside temporary contracting company so my interview process may have not been their normal process.
