The interview process is made up of three interview stages. The first stage was a technical interview on Teams. I was asked a few personal questions and a lot of technical questions. It lasted for about 30min. There was only one interviewer on the call - a software developer too. The second interview was also technical. It was a call with two other IT people(one is a manager). I was given a project description and I was given 30 minutes to provide a diagram of how I will build the project. I was also instructed to implement my solution and send it within 24hrs after the interview. The third stage was with the CEO and a manager. It was just the offer announcement that was done. I was given feedback on the solution I sent. Then I was congratulated and informed that I got the offer.
