The interview was very easy and straight forward. The recruiter asked about me and some questions about past experience. After the interview , They send the contract and training schedule.

Entrevista
Anyone who is good in English and any one regional language can easily clear.
I applied for Tech support voice process, there were 6 rounds.
1) Face to face - They will ask basic questions.
2) Aptitude - Again basic questions. Almost everyone will clear.
3) Ops round - Again introduction, why HGS, why tech support etc...
4) Versant round - There were 6 rounds.
a. Sentence reading.
b. Listening and saying the same thing.
c. One word answer to questions they ask.
d. Rearrange sentence and tell.
e. We will hear a short story, we have to understand and talk about it for 30 seconds.
f. 2 personal choice questions about which we have to talk for 40 seconds.
Speed, fluency and volume matters in this round.
5) Client round - They ask simple questions but expect smart answers. Stability matters a lot in this round.
6) Hawk round - They tell about companies policies and rules we have to follow.

Basically there ware 3 rounds .. 1st HR Screening-->> HR will ask you some Hr questions very easy to crack , 2nd Typing speed (25WPM) , 3rd Email Writing-> they will give you some scenario and u have to write the Email on that ...... 4th Client interview --> Main interview
